Zoning For More Halfway Houses, Correctional Facilities Bothers Huntsville Families

Families in North Huntsville say they are worried that correctional facilities and halfway houses could go up in their neck of the woods.

I am so concerned with the way that Huntsville is changing. Crime is up and the city is not as safe as it once was. I think that it is growing faster than our officials and local police can really handle.

With HHA relocating criminals and other seedy types throughout the City....no wonder crime is now spreading unchecked. HHA is relocating criminals and other gang banger thugs into YOUR neighborhood! If you see people who appear "out of place" in your neighborhood, they are probably checking things out to return later to rob you.

It's a large & real fear we have here in rural New Hope as well.....talk of a halfway house located near the school!
