haven't you heard? It was kept all hush, hush. 2nd grader at Duff Elementary was caught on the bus bringing a gun to school. It was spotted by another student on the bus and he was removed at first drop off at Allen Central High School. Wonder what that wasn't in the news? Parents should have the right to know how close to home this is!!

What was the bus number i got to say you are right about the butt spanking but because of people who abuse them we no longer have that right in the first place people with guns need to keep an eye on their kids because like i said before i have 2 guns in my house and my kids know better than to even touch them let alone try and take one to school but to be on the safe side i do keep then unloaded and locked up and i look inside their back packs every morning before they go out the door because they are just kids and no one can ever tell what might run in their minds but i would like to know he bus number

I recently started home schooling my daughter. The school system only cares about a buck. Not their safety or education .

I wanted to home school my kids but they caused me all kinds of problems i had ordered abeka and alot more things to work with them but never got to use it but a week and my daughter age 9 ia way behind she has all kinds of trouble and they just hold her back other than working with her and i got to say you are right the money is all they care about i would say last year if it had not snowed so much they might have not give me so many problems i will be moving soon i only hope and pray we can find a good education county that will work with our kids and not put the dollar first and i got to say this about the kid having a gun theirs way more than this goes on and we dont find out about it look at the drugs and even sex but we never find out about this back when i was in school the most that went on was smoking in the bathroom and now if that happens you got to wonder what it might be they are smoking and i got to say this then im gone most of the time when they dont let people know about things its because the child belongs to some one at or over the schools cause if it had been our kids it would have been on the news and copes would have been called and and it would have been known who this kids mom and dad is and they would have been looked down on from now on might have even went to jail and lost their child thats just what i think or its been some ones kid who sucks up to them or they have money out the butt

From the rumors circulating, the gun was a BB gun but as already stated, this should have been announced. A pellet to the eye for example would definitely result in blindless.

You are so right and i have heared of bb guns doing the same thing and they say some of them can even go under the skin and i will say from now on that the kid belonged to some one at the school or something cause if it had been some of us that do not work at the school or have something to do with the school we would have all heared about this before the day even got started i feel they need to let us know about every thing that could hurt our kids but they dont after one is hurt or killed its to late but i dont and i never will think they care about our kids its all about the money

Maybe he was having zombie dreams. There is so much new information out there regarding their prevalance, maybe he was just scrared and wanted to protect himself? Not a bad reason to take up arms. Heck, if I was him and zombies were after me, I'd have two guns.

Don't you want your child to be safe from zombies? I do. My kids practice marksman and woodsmanship everyday...just like a school. My kids will be heros and yours will be victims because of the fear you have instilled in them. Jeez, let your kids grow up!

I have kids ranging from 2yrs to 21 yrs...the oldest being a US Marine. They are all productive citizens. The youngest will be learning to mow grass soon and earn his own way this summer. You can't treat your kids like they are made of glass. It's people like you that need the government to lead you around and tell you what you can and can't do. I believe in independence...not being dependent as you are. I feel for your kids having to depend on the welfare system to show them the way.
