these fools are retarted! Sweetheart just go to the forum and at the bottom of it you will see FEEDBACK. go there. on the info bar in the middle of the page it will ask you a multiple choice question. Choose report an inappropriate forum post on the window that popped up. You will then be given some instructions and asked for you comments. As long as you turn all the post in on this you can get it removed in hours! it is a long grueling process if there are a lot of posts but well worht it. You can only enter about five post at a time so be patient and keep popping back to the feedback after each try to post the rest of them. Good luck!

I know of a thread where 3 people paid $20 each and it still took three weeks. It is a shame.

Libel:
noun 1. Law.
a. defamation by written or printed words, pictures, or in any form other than by spoken words or gestures.
b. the act or crime of publishing it.
c. a formal written declaration or statement, as one containing the allegations of a plaintiff or the grounds of a charge.
2. anything that is defamatory or that maliciously or damagingly misrepresents.
__________
Now we all know that there are many, many people on this site that should be sued. The problem then becomes, who can afford a lawyer to sue them. Law suites are not cheap and sadly the idiots that are posting on here probably don't have anything anyway. I agree that something needs to be done, but I think flagging everytime, and using the Feedback button to let topix know that they are causing mental anguish is the only thing you can do right now. Post this on there as your comment. It took me three hours to have 63 post removed I know it works for a fact!

PS Ppl get on here and say you can't sue or you don't have right because you have freedom of speech! Slander is slander and if you want to come to the pike county court house March 4th you can see eleven ppl get called infront of the judge for slandering a Pike County women online. The Summons' hit the streets today. IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU. DON'T SLANDER ON HERE! Someone could get smart like she did. And if you do don't use your real name or your own computer. Some ppl will go to great lengths to prove you wrong and to prove thier point.

any1 can take any1 to court for slander but proving it is another story we all have the right to speak our mind and opinions. I agree that some posts are slanderous and should be removed like the ones saying this person or that person is a whore/bastard.. I would advise people not to say anything they cant prove or to post it as their opinion
