A person may want to look up the record number of heroin overdoses in Lexington alone in the past few months before declaring a victory on the war on drugs a success in Kentucky.

Did they also forget to add -That about half of Coventry cares customers switched to another insurance...did they take that into account?

Rather than them admit that this bill has opened the door for more addicts to heroin, meth, coke and so on you will hear them praise how your tax dollars are hard at work for the gment deciding what is best for you.
If this bill was a failure you would not hear any comment from the media and about how the gment knows what is best for medical patients because they are smarter than the doctors.
I personally say take all the money wasted on the war on drugs and use it to improve things like security in schools, business's and homes because the war on drugs will never be won and they know this.It is just an easy way for them to make tax $ and make it look like tax $ are really making a difference.

I think this pill mill law is horrible. I take sleep medicine (ambien) and had to take a dr. ordered drug test for the first time 3 months ago. The test was over $300 dollars and the insuance company said the test was not required or a must have procedure and would not pay. I refuse to pay $300 everytime i get a refill for sleep medicine. Ky lawmakers sticking it too patients who do not abuse their med's. sob's
