I have seen a guy walking a far distance to work and i think home from walmart a few times . Just wondering where he lived so i could give him a ride home. It was very cold out one night and i didn't know where he lived but i seen him at walmart working and a few hours later near the gas station cardinal mart. Will someone let me know or give him a ride home if you work there and are heading home that way. Its way to cold to walk and it seems like a long trip
Thanks

I saw him yesterday. He was near where the bus wreck was years ago, so maybe he lives in Goble Roberts. I have seen him when I was on my way home in the same area but he was heading in the opposite direction than I was.

His name is Robert and he lives in the Dixie apartments. He's heavy set has lost a lot of weight due to walking every day I assume and slicks his hair straight back. Do not feel too bad when you see him walking. My family along with myself which we all live in Goble Roberts where the apartments are located have offered him a ride to and from work. Each time he said to each of us that he didn't want a ride and that he would rather walk. So don't trouble yourselves and feel guilty he wants to walk I guess. He seems to be really shy but shy or not on these cold days If I were him I'd take a ride from an axe murdered to keep from walking that far. He chooses to walk though. He's been working so long he could have bought himself a cheap little car anyways. I think me may have some issues with being around people. He's always so quite even in Walmart. I just can't imagine being that shy. I could never walk that far on a cold or hot day when I had people that offered to take me for free.

His name is not Jacob or Jordan either. It's for sure Robert something Johnson maybe? I can't remember exactly. He's in his late 20's early 30's maybe. Lives in the main end of Dixie apartments. Like I said though he never accepts a ride. If you have actually gotten him to accept one it must have been awfully darn cold or he was awfully darn miserable one. I think he may be taking a cab too and from work now. I've not saw him walking in a while and there is a cab service that's operator lives in the apt. down from him. So I think he's taking it. I respect the man too but he has no reason to be walking everyone offers him, there's a cab service literally right next door to him, he even has a family member or friend one that has a car that drives up and down the road all day that lives with him or beside him one. I know because the ambulance had to come get him once and I saw her following in behind them to the hospital. So this dude must just like to walk lol.

He actually did accept a ride from me one night. He had Walmart bags and little Caesars pizza, which may be why he did accept. He was a very nice and polite and thanked us for the ride.

His name is Robert and he is a very polite, shy boy.. I have given him several rides from work but he would never ask for one.. He is very shy and that is probably why he wouldn't accept your offer.. He has a vehicle that is tore up and is trying to save his money to purchase a new one.. Please watch out for him I worry about him walking such a distance so late at night, sick people out there.. All of us that work with him try to give him a ride when we are able but that doesn't always work out..

He's not originally from here so he may not feel comfortable with the hospitality of people offering him a ride. He is shy until he gets to know you. He is very polite and a good person. Please continue to watch out for him and God Bless.

This is the kind of person I wish I could help out. If I was rich I would buy him a new car, but i'm not.

I commend anyone who is that dedicated to maintaing a job in this day and age. Not many do. I wish there were an easier way to help those who really do deserve it that are too proud or unable to seek assistance. I guess there really isn't much help in buying cars anyway. But he deserves one! I think if I see him, I'll offer him a ride and slip a $100 in his pocket!

He actually walked by my home in lancer bottom the other day and I stopped and picked him up and dropped him off at Wal-Mart. He was very nice and very quiet. He a shy shy person. I offered him lunch money and he wouldn't take it. I also told him that I would swoop him up from know on when I see him. I saw him a few days ago like at 5am walking with a orange reflective vest on. I feel so bad for this guy. Hes very dedicated and deserves nice people with the willingness to help him I picked him up again. Hes very appreciative. Again he wouldn't take any money..
