I wanted to put this on to say Thank You JOHN KIRK for what you did for me. when that canopy fell on me and disabled me from mining and when my company put me out to pasture it was a hard thing for me and my family. I never expected to be fought so hard for medical coverage and comp benefits and, after paying social security in for 26 years and never drawing a penny out I thought I would get approved just by applying. I learned that I had to fight for my rights and I learned what a fighter you are. So, Thank You for working so hard for me and seeing that my comp and social security cases were won.

Yet another victim of coal. When will you people learn to stay out from under those mountains?

Nature does not want you there, why do you think it kills you or cripples you for life?

The truly sad thing is that you are thanking Kirk instead of blaming the coal people that shafted you (pun) after you worked for them for all those years.

This is such a joke! First, they copy other business' advertisement ideas, I mean literally copy the colors and slogans. Then, post ridiculous things like this to try and drum up business. As a business owner I would never and I mean never use someone else's ideas to advertise for my business because I was too stupid to think of an original idea.

Love the new Eric Conn boards that say "Do not copy this board" I wonder who that was aimed for? Looks like everyone needs to start adding that to their ads.

I would be careful on your wording in your ad. Some attorney may have a copyright on your above ad, seems like I saw those words before for an attorney in lexington by some lady on TV.

i was a coal truck driver before i got hurt. stayed in hospital in tennessee for over a month. i agree with you billy about JOHN KIRK. he sure got the job done for me. the other side wanted me to settle for less than we should and john wouldn't do it. we got a total win.

Like Billy and Shud, we went to Kirk law firm when our son got killed by the big truck on 460. He and Kyle were great. We would never go to any other lawyer. Good job john kirk.

according to my wife who works at the magoffin courthouse things are going to get hot there. she said john kirk filed a case for 20 million dollars for brenda kay brown against a guardian for doing bad things to her disabled husband and her. she said people at the courthouse say he always wins.

You may have seen same law firm that I saw the ad in Louisville. They better check into copy right laws for sure.

I think another attorney is writing bad stuff about John Kirk to divert attention off himself because he's in the hot seat. Read the attorney, Eric conn forum.....

If you want to know what having an attorney means, go see John Kirks office! I know now how it is supposed to be when you hire an attorney. I actually met my attorney not his helpers. Although the secretary did do the paperwork, which is her job. I got to talk to my attorney and have any questions answered I wanted. He took time and was patient. My paperwork went in the same day, which in my case is very important. I can now rest knowing my case is being worked on and not laying there approaching a crucial deadline. Thank god I found Kirk law office.

I would like to agree with the writer from Paintsville. kyle salyer just finished my case at kirk law firm. kyle and has assistants did a great job for my wife and i and we are grateful. john was not involved in that case but about 6 years ago john worked for me after i was hurt at work. we like john kirk and the kirk law firm.
