Every town on the list is primarily black. And still, 74% of black woman still have kids out of wedlock. And inner cities - read black - claim success if they graduate 50%.

Yes, Toledo Ohio, a majority WHITE CITY is ranked 25th most violent city in America. So as you can see, RACE DOES NOT MATTER. ECONOMIC CLASS MATTER!!!

Another victory for our wonderful private prisons and the Prison Industrial Complex, who have since 1968 went to war against the POOR, and continue to have over 99.9% of the inmate population of ALL RACES from POVERTY. Hi-Five!!!!

Another victory for Economic Warfare. Another Hi-Five!!!

Our economic paradigm is in conflict with our political ideology. We profess democratic ideals yet Corporate Capitalism is undemocratic in its command structure and in its integration with the legal/ political system. You cannot have true democracy when a relatively small group of people command so much political power. Wall Street/goldman sachs, those nasty prime and sub-prime guilt dealers and International Corporations, through campaign contributions and lobbying efforts skewer the whole fabric of our society and government. Instead of society and government reflecting the beliefs and expectations of the masses, they have been warped into satisfying the desires of a fairly few number of Elites. This makes our system a predatory and imperialistic one. Many if not most of the marginalized persons in our society and prisons are the discarded flotsam of this winner take all, might makes right, and selfish- materialist culture.

How about break it down from economic class, poverty, and city population?

Then, lets not look at crimes of desperation. Lets look at all crimes and break that down by race and ethnicity.

Stop trying to shape the world into your very own picture of it.
They don't put a Wall Street criminal on tv when he steals a beer from a gas station. He steals a million and it's not news. Let a urban minority rob a store, and it fits your picture of the world.
Let a white guy get caught having sex with a minor like Peter Privateer and you think it's at abortion.

Lets break Priest screwing young kids down by race and ethnicity? Is that a declaration of the value of your race?
idiots.

Crime is reported--just like you hollar when somebody does you wrong. So look who is reporting crime in their neighborhood and where did the person committing that crime live?

Quit blaming race--blame the individuals and stop playing games in court. 3 burglaries or robberies and you is permanently locked away. A condition of release for the first offense should be a GED. And condition for second offense, a 2 year college degree.

No excuses or if and or buts.

Be it black, white, red or brown, everybody can learn and respect others and their property.

Failure to do so has nothing to do with your past, that is simply a crutch or excuze for not taking responsibilty for your own actions.

Hint: Nobody wants to service time for what his daddy or mommy did. You are your own man or woman.

Those with a 3 strikes and permanent imprisonment could win an unconditional parole by serving on the front lines in any war zone for 1 year.

Here is a clue, St. Louis is like every other ciy/town in America it has a north, south, east, and west. I googled East Saint Louis, MO. and the above info was what I received. I am aware E St Louis is a black enclave of criminals. I have seen it on Cops, the TV show, and read about how it is populated with thugs.
