Prescott Valley council OKs rainwater harvesting pilot project
The project, which will determine the feasibility of using rainwater to recharge the aquifer, will be one of the first of its kind in the state, Water Resources Manager John Munderloh told the council.

What are they going to do? Build an underground dam to stop the rainwater from running downhill once it been "trapped"?
Put up a 5-acre funnel with a two million gallon barrel under it?
Sounds like someone is going to make #50,000 for saying it isn't practical.
