Arrest Made in Prattville's First Murder of the Year

A Montgomery man is charged with murder in Prattville . Police tell WSFA 12 News they received a call around 4:30 Wednesday about a civil disturbance and trespassing. via WSFA-TV Montgomery

Truly a sad situation, but the price of #### that is responsible for this is his wife, I know all about it, I hate what happened but I'm still waiting for the rest of the responsible party to also pay her debt for what she has done.

My dad is missed more and more each day. My mom is in jail. Hopefully justice will be serve properly. Words can't express how long or how much I will miss him. I will miss my dad til the day I get to see him and hug him again. This is truly a horrible experience and I don't wish it upon anyone. I watch the news everyday and cannot believe how many people are being murdered world wide. When will it all end? When can we all live in peace and happiness? If anyone has a myspace, I found my dad had made one (kinda) and I finished it for him and it is now a memorial page. Look him up by his name. Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts. As much as they are appreciated, I wish I could bring him back. I'd do anything to have my daddy back just so I could call him. Everyone truly loved him. I wish I could say that about my mom.

I found out today what happened to Dave Lucht. I am only briefly acquainted with him from last year when a few of us came out from California to help with the terminal in Montgomery... I want everyone to know that he treated us Harbor drivers with the greatest of respect and I am horrified to find out what happened. My heart and my prayers go out to him and his family, especially to you Misty, I pray that that you find the peace you need in the midst of this horror.

I wanted to write to update some information. the trial still has not proceeded. Mr. Watson's attorney quit in one of the dates they were at court so now we must wait until he gets another lawyer to represent him and I believe he is refusing public defender councel. So, another year may go by. I have not heard anything on Zachery but I believe he is doing well. My mother is doing fine also and has a job now and has been working full-time. I am still in the Orlando area and my other two children are doing great right now! One is 3 and the other is a little over a year. I use my dads email as of now. It is [e-mail] .
