I think if the town of pratt wants to get the dep off their back they should check into just how many times the larger psd are out of compliance I am sure that that would shut the dep and the county up because even with their high tech plants and there high price management oh excuse me friends of their mayors that no nothing about wwtp that only know how to ram rod the employee and take from them to make themselfs look good to the mayor I belive if you done some checking as close as the dep is checking on pratt you will find that they are dumping raw sewage in the river also they just know how to talk and have lawyers to make it all look right on paper!!
