Orting takes chance with new police chief

Its about time, maybe this police chief wont give into the slick willy ways of the pierce county sheriff? We can only hope so.. as for the rest of us were gonna have to suffer awhile longer,, To Protect and To Serve,

I stopped by the police Department last week and asked the chief If the city could patrol more on Calistoga st e cars are speeding down road 50mph.Have not seen any respons to my consern. May need to go to Sheriff

I have been unsuccessful in getting the OPD interested in anything other than harrassing young women drivers and sitting in their cars in groups BS'ing with eachother. The "new" chief is a great disappointment to the community in my opinion.

Ok we had one rollover on Calistoga st e from speeding do we want another.The kids down the ally on Ammons ln se are speeding down ally on to Calistoga st e they may stop they may not at stop sign.I am asking the city to look in to this again and may be go talk to the parents of these kids and save a life.I will all so go to the sheriff and let him know what good that will do I dont now.Thank You
