The de-industrialization of America is well underway.

There will never be "good" factory jobs in America again.

Assemblers start at 10. Painters at 11 and the welders at 11 or 12. Get a raise every 60 days until top out. Top out for welders is a little more than 17 and assemblers top out a little under 16. Takes about a year to top out. You have to fill out app in person at the employee relations window. No temp agency or workforce

Post, Nestlé, Frito Lay, and Unilever are the best paying jobs in the area and have the best benefits. Post starting pay is $16/hour with no top out pay. Unilever has some jobs that start out close to $19/hour. I believe all those plants hire through workforce.
