i'm an attorney and if i were to ever go through a divorce/custody case i would go to him. be prepared though, he shoots it straight and says it bluntly...i.e, he doesn't blow smoke.

if clarke didn't take my case, i would go to scott emerson.

good luck!

Depends, do you have custody now? Are you the mom or dad?

Clarke can win a case and I have seen him do it. I had a consultation with him regarding my custody but we settled before I had to hire him but when I get ready to fight again I will definitely use him. He does tell it to you like it is regardless if you like it or not and does not sugarcoat anything. But who really wants sugar coating when it comes to our kids? We want someone who knows how to win and he definitely can.

He is the best. Ive seen this first hand on several questions. If I were getting a divorce or had custody disputes there is no doubt I would use him.

The best in this area is Pal Rainey from Marion. Beware though it will cost you, but he gets the job done.

My Ex wife has moved it Ohio and I have custody. She is wanting to take my daughter on her visitation out of state even tho she moved 2 years after our decree. So can she do that or do I need to see Clark to get the Decree changed.

Was he your orginal attotney? You could go to him either way if you want to. He is the best in my opinion. I guess that would be a personal decision rather or not you want her going out of state to visit her mother. If she is a decent mother then you may not want to keep the child from her. You want to do whatever is best for the well being of the child. This includes safety and emotional well being. Good luck.

Just don't use Kevin Orr. He will blow so much smoke up your A$$ and charge you a arm and leg for nothing. He will definately tell you what you want to hear until you hand him the money. Sorry Kev but you know it is the truth also.

Clarke and Scott are real good. My ex had Scott and I hired Clark and if it wasnt for the fact of getting divorced, watching them to go at it in court was one hell of a show. I wouldnt recommend hiring either one of them if you want to stay friends or even civil with your ex or ex inlaws, because them 2 will tear a whitness apart.

Use him for elder law or estate planning-he is good at that.
NOT custody cases or criminal cases they are NOT
his specialty by far.
Also his advertising for bankrupt cases alarms me.

my fiance used clark for his divorce/ custody and agreed to settle on a lot in the divorce because clark kept telling him he would get his son, which he did not, he was only able to get him joint custody after the mother lost custody for 8 weeks because she was strung out! she beat him with a public defender! so we are now having to pay clark and deal with the goofy crakchead ex!! i have heard others sing his praises, i dont know just tellin ya our experience.
