Dictatorship in sports

We have a BB coach who believes that coaching in a dictatorship, his words not mine. This is all true believe it or not. Parents are not allowed to complain or talk to each other or our sons are off the team. If a grade school child is on the bench the whole game he is still part of the team. This coach controls kids BB futures from K-12 grade. This coach does not care if he violates WIAA rules which he has and the school knows it because the kids are the ones to suffer not himself. This coach has run youth BB as a business not as a non-profit organization. The youth kids get nothing from the several thousands they raise for his business. People in poynette know it but choose to look the other way and blame the messenger. I would like to hear from anyone that has comments on Poynette volunteer coaches or school coaches. I would also answer any questions as to what I have stated.
