Well if your per cap sucks don't take it. Let the tribe keep it and go towards remodeling your Casino. You bitch and gripe of things but still ready to grab the money. Come back and help your tribe instead of bitching and complaining.No matter what the tribe does to improve you will always get people complaining. Be thankful and live like our elders did. Well I hear alot of complaining about council, per cap on and on. We need to pull together instead of being divided on the things that matter, like our elders and our youth. Steve you did ok you can't please everyone
