Icenhour seemingly makes up stories as he goes along. The issue of the owner is hardly true, and he knows it. The supervisor from Powhatan is just a mean spirited and hateful person to those who differ from his opinion. I hope someone comes forward to run in this district next year, he and his dem friends are certainly doing their best to destroy the county and property rights.
