A big shout out to all the employees of Fas Mart who have to work today rather than being home with their families for Thanksgiving. We definetly work for the poster child of corporate greed. I noticed they let their franchise restaurant employees off today like Taco Bell and Subway because they knew that no money could be made there. Now, be sure to continue your suggestive selling today and push your water, wipes and cheap cigarette lighters. I mean nothing goes better with working on a national holiday than a good helping of humiliation and self deprecation. Beg every customer every time to buy things they really don't want because you gotta keep those numbers up. I'm sure that when David Eisenberg, chief executive officer of GPM sits down with his family to eat his turkey dinner today he will give thanks for having such a wonderful employee such as yourself. Now be sure you greet every customer with Happy Holidays because we want to keep them coming back as Christmas is just around the corner.

Employees are forced and threatened with their jobs if they do not keep their numbers up. It makes me sick.

Wait it out until something better comes along....then tell them to shove it. If there is no customer traffic, its not the employees fault.
