This is a garbage ruling. Ten years ago, my husband was arrested while in 11th grade for marijuana and thrown in prison for 2 years. He was on the football team, a state champion track runner and great student. Yet, this dirtbag gets 12 months for Cocaine AND he's on the school board? This is outrageous. He should've received FAR MORE time.
