Lack of proof jury says:

Jason H. Andritsch, 27, of 2178 Clark St., No. 7, East Troy, was accused of first-degree reckless homicide and causing great bodily harm to a child in the 2007 death of his 3-week-old daughter, Naomi.

On Monday, a 12-person jury found Andritsch not guilty of both counts.

Defense attorney Melissa Frost declined to comment after the verdict.

Andritsch's family cried and hugged. The defendant's father, Daniel Andritsch, said only, "Praise the Lord," and declined to comment further.

She obviously wasn't fine when the mother took out the bathwater and returned to find the baby girl limp in the father's arms. Doctors claiming she had to be hit or shaken to go limp are sadly incorrect when there are half a dozen well-documented and researched and highly accepted reasons why babies could and would have a convulsion or pass out.

The other argument is entirely possible too where the baby had a lucid interval from the actual event of harm (not necessarily a shaking episode either) and then collapsed dead in the father's arms at that fatal moment.

There simply isn't enough research on infant health and welfare to warrant these cases, let alone promote the assumption by doctors that a baby is shaken as opposed to dozens of other mechanisms of harm...which have nothing to do with child abuse.

There are MANY different causes and people are just now waking up and listening to pioneers such as Dr. Harold Buttram, Dr. John Plunkett, Dr. Horace Gardner, Dr. Chris Van Ee, Dr. Peter Stephen and Hilary Butler. Alot of these children with alleged SBS symptoms have had recent vaccines and DTAP and Polio are the ones that seem to cause the most damage. The DTAP has been used--intentionally--to cause laboratory mice to die by causing inflammation of the brain. There are infections and many other things that can mimic the alleged SBS.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Leo

The atmosphere is highly combustible today, with people getting in a stew over the smallest little thing. You will also have a tendency to get hot under the collar, especially if someone isn't doing things as quickly as you'd like. Try to stop yourself getting in a rage because once that happens it will be difficult to cool down again. Maybe you need some fresh air?
