This is a very moving story an It don't suprise me a bit that folks on Sand Mountain came through for this family. Henegar an all over Sand Mountain is a WONDERFUL place 2 live. I to know this person this person from fla. knows Richard will he has lived in Henagar before and the fire chief should have known him.The chief should have checked him out more. I to know this person.Richard does pray on the kind hearts of others. I have known him for some 10 to 12 years. He and his ex lived in henagar for a year or 2 she was a hard worker and did most of the breadwinning she findly open her eyes and left. The chief and others should have checked him out more . I am sorry that he has fell on hard times.I do believe in helping other i just help the needy not the greedy. my advice to Denise is watch everthing you have with open eyes.

look,first of all i don't think you should judge anyone!we've all made mistakes in our lives.you shouldn't judge anyone.and to tell you tha truth tha father and daughter are both holding down full time jobs now and have been since we helped them out. and yes i say we,i'm a member of the Henagar FD.and we will continue to help anyone in our comunity that we see need it. so i say let past be tha past and work on a wonderful future.
