Powder Springs officials are considering contracting with a collection agency to help cut down on the $300,000 owed to the city in water and sewer bills, and prevent such a backlog from growing again.

maybe if fat Pat,and Bradley who had to leave another place to come to p.s. to cause trouble would run the city like a well oiled machine/business they would not have such backlogs. their ignorance in true government leadership skills shining brightly.
