City, GDOT and Norfolk Southern to meet over crossing issues
#1 Jan 12, 2013
I bet that train hit that car on purpose.I am sure the law abiding citizen was stopped behind the crossing gates and the train veered off the track and hit him.If you are in such a hurry that you have to beat the train to get where you are going, you deserve whatever you receive.

I guess you didn't take the time to read the article. The wheel of the car dropped off the side of the road and the car couldn't pull out of that spot. It was stuck in a rut on the tracks.

what is there to met over?the idiot decided to make a new travel lane and got stuck on the track.Had he been watching where he was going and got off the cell phone long enough to cross where it is designed to cross, a meeting wouldnt need to be taking place. Are you taking up for stupidity? He must have been trying to beat the train or he would have had time to get his car off the tracks. You dont just get stuck on the track and immediately a train comes along to hit you. There is a number PLASTERED at every crossing to call and stop the train.
