I know he is a stock holder in the 1st commerce bank, and his DA funds are held by the same bank. Is this why?

Where is the information that says he is under investigation?

McDade owns 2 of the 3 superior court judges, and rents the 3rd one as he needs to. He's very tight with Richardson as well.

Do you have evidence of this?

Why is it that the folks that give their best
and do the most for the citizens of the county
seem to get pick on the most, WERE LUCKY TO
HAVE DAVID MCDADE AS THE D.A. AND PHIL MILLER
AS SHERIFF, These are very tough and demanding
jobs for any one, AND I REALLY BELIEVE WE GOT THE BEST OF THE BEST, so why dont every one stop SLINGING MUD AND BULL, and let these fellows do
their jobs, and ABOVE ALL WE OWE BOTH OF THESE
MEN THE UPMOST OF RESPECT, THEY HAVE EARNED IT.

I agree with Iceman. These two men are both major public servants. It is easy to target public servants because they are out thre for everyone to see and pick on. Luckily we have very strong people in these positions. I certainly wouldn't want a wimp as a DA or a Sheriff here. They do their jobs well and the people surrounding them are fine hard working people too.
If what you are suggesting is that James Quarterman's suit has merit, you need to get to know James Quarterman a little bit better first.

Quarterman has no credit but even an idiot gets one right every now an then. If you read it you would see it was found to have merit by the judge. Being a public servant doesn't exempt them from the law and they should know better than most. They are not angels..... Miller's dad was a fine man in his day, but His dad he is not. David, well..... Too many issues to start here. Anyone that has lived here more than a few years can tel you they both have numerous problems and cover them well. I know all the events from over the years and base my opinion on many years of their actions and not 1 event.

If we did not have Miller and Mcdade this county would have already beem another Clayton county. Sherry, if you have a break in at your house, I don't think the sheriff dept. will be in any hurry to get there. Be very happy with who we have as sheriff and the DA

STOCK-YOU-SAY----Thats just Another way of supporting the local community, I would not
buy any stocks of any kind in the times were in,
BUT YOU TELL ME OTHERS ARE LOYAL ENOUGH TO PUT
THEIR MONEY IN LOCAL STOCK OF A BANK.
THATS IS BEING LOYAL TO THE CITIZENS AND
BUSINESS OWNERS OF THE COUNTY, THEIR IS
NO WRONG IN THAT, IN ANY WAY. WE NEED
LOCAL BUSINESS, LOCAL BUSINESS MEANS
LOCAL---JOB'S--.

I see. So they only represent and defend people that agree with them. That is exactly my point! If you haven't noticed we are getting very close to Clayton. Underhanded banking deals and selective justice is the path to Clayton. I am not content with looking they other way on certain crimes so they can "protect me". It is an elected job... Not something we owe them. I don't worship politcians, they work for us and by definition of public office are no different than you or I as long as they meet the requirements.

Tell me specific things that you thing McDade or Miller have done great and I will give you specific incidents to the contrary if they apply. I don't judge a person baised on one event but the total contrabution. That is of you care.... Most people don't and only want the short, nice version.

Thank you Sherry,
you are so right public servant position's should be doing what is in the best interest of the county not their own personal agenda's. ie, McDade thought he would have gotten a pick at the state level, heh!!They work for us!!!!Unfortunately, most here in this county are out for themselves,in my opinion(and I am entitled to it)
Most posting on here think that blue collar crime is OK, but guess what it's still crime!!! Do the crime then do the time...whether you are a good ole boy or not!!! Their was even talk in here when splost passed that they would take their vehicles and register them out of county, guess what people that is still cheating the county and that in my opinion is crime too, but you all think that it's OK. This county has long been overdo for something different than what we are getting.....

I know they may not be perfect but, they are doing a good job And, I have know both for a long time. And they are good guys. You know the old saying.. show me a politcian and I'll show you a crook. But at least this time the crooks are on our side

Is he being investigated for distributing the Genarlow Wilson sex tape? It would qualify as child pornography.

I could care less about their own money. The DA controls a large fund of cash for operations that he places in a bank of his choice. The sheriff controls a drug money fund and the chief also controls a drug fund. They all equal 10's of millions of money for what ever lucky bank they choose. No doubt their own cash starved bank 1st commerce. This is why the BOC is having a hard time choosing a bank for the 150 mil splost. They must give the banks name and they really don't want to! When their investments go bad they use tax payer and offical money to bail themselves out. Wait and see what bank is named Dec 15th. The will have to choose another bank untill they can move the money to 1st commerce when there isn't as much attention. Yep, they are all fine folks... Their personal banks and stocks aren't our business.... Right?

Stay tuned for updates ..... The sun is starting to set on the Douglas County Mafia, anyone with additional info on our elected officials commiting criminal acts should call Randy Travis, hes ready and willing to listen.

Why do people call them Public Servants? Do they not get compensated rather handsomely for their "service"? Shouldn't they be called Public Leeches?

Why do we have to put up with stupid people like you. You act like you know something when you don't know jack. McDade's drug money is in Douglas County Bank and Miller"s is at Metro Bank. I am sure you would like to be intelligent but you are just not qualified.
