Best Venues for Children's Summer Birthday Parties in Douglasville, GA

Avoid Chuck E Cheese on the weekends. It becomes a free for all of rude black children and their rude black parents. Sorry folks, call me a racist if it makes you feel better, but those of us who have tried to take our children there on the weekends knows all too well what that place turns into. Monkey Joe's is slightly better but it's run by thugs who stand around glaring at you as if you were invading their turf. Who needs this crap?

There is a place in Paulding County called Pump It up. They have 2 rooms that have moonwalks and slides and stuff in them. Your party are the only party in there. The young people that work there are very friendly. Cost alot less than Monkey Joe's. Also we have had the reptile wrangler come for parties and he is very good and reasonable.

Is the party for a boy or a girl? Snipits does cute parties for girls and so does Justice. My daughter has been to parties at both places and LOVED it!

Whatever happened to parties at home? I know. I know. Who needs the mess! I agree. But the best parties I had for my son when he was little were the ones outdoors....

Another year I had a magician come to the house and clown.

One year when he was five I had a man come with his ponies....three or four of them....and the kids road them around the yard for an hour or two. They had the best time.

Another year I set up carnival games in the back yard and we had a spring fling party. Nine or ten games and they bounced around from one to the other as well as a moon walk. If I remember right we had about 30 kids here. I had little prizes at the games as well. We ended the afternoon with a huge game of Red Rover, and everyone was surprised I could run. That's the last time I ran, though.:)

When he was was in middle school we took a gang of boys to the bowling alley.

The best place is Stars and Strikes.Bowling,Bumper cars,Lazer Tags etc.Even a resturant.You go in you get a credit card you put money on it.This place is the best thing yet.BTW it isn't in doodleville it's in dallas if you haven't tried it you will never go anywhere else.

I was going to bring that place up, but had forgotten its name....plus I haven't actually gone there yet.

My daughter's golf team is having their end-of-season get-together there in the next few days. The girls had wanted to go to Dave and Busters, but it's a bit far on a school night.

My daughter's golf banquet was tonight. They loved Stars and Strikes. There was so much for them to do....the food wasn't too bad either.

I was impressed with the layout of the place, furnishings, etc. Lots of seating areas and a seperate restaurant away from the bowling noise.

It would be better if they had a partition in the back for pole dancers. They don't have to get naked, a thong is fine. Besides, they already have the lights set up perfectly for it. Ditch the under-maintained mechanical crap and let's get a look at what the local gyms are making!!!!!

Monkey Joe's in Douglasville is the worst. The manager ignored my complaints and blew it off. There's no free outlets to plug in laptops, but they have wifi? The tvs don't even work. 1/2 the parent area is inaccessible yet the parents are unable to play with their children? Bathrooms were disgusting. I would never go back!

I missed this somehow....they took forever to renovate this wonderful home. I watched it as I went by there everyday on my way to and from work. The time and patience was worth it. It's beautiful.

The most troublesome kids at Chuck E cheese are black. They break in lines and shove smaller kids away from the games and their parents barely watch them. If you say a word about their kids to them they get violent and confrontational. How dare you point out how rude their little brats are, whitey!
