First i would like to take the apportunity to say thank you all very much for the response and the good advice that you all gived me. The camera was a wonderful idea, My son is now outside taking pictures of everything he sees. He is also video taping a table that he is finising for his daddy. My husband never had time to fished it.so now my son is doing it for him, i really have a wonderful ,smart, teenager.I do hear him in his room crying everynight and it hurts me.It's so hard for my son to open up his feelings. And to make it worst he has a teacher at his school that is so hateful to him and told him that he has to get over his dad because everyone dies. You don't tell any children things like that. God what is her problem.Teachers supposed to help children not hurt them. I want the best for my son and i want to see him happy again. I'm also in lots of pain but i'm trying to be strong for my son. I was with my husband for 30 years all together. And one day he goes to get a physical done just to fined out that he had cancer and he was a healthy guy. only 50 years old! he died 2 weeks later and never had any kind of sign that he was sick. Just like my mom she found out she had cancer and died 1 week later, My dad the same way. I'm sorry it just hurts so bad and this is a good time to let my feelings out because my son is in school. I don't want him to see me all massed up. I'm sorry everyone. But thanks again for everyone that helped me. And i even went and got us 2 bikes. I hope i can ride it :)

Thank you for the update, dear one. You are doing such a great job taking care of your son. Things are already sounding better for you. Your son's teacher was out of line and apparently has never suffered real loss. You might want to give your son's school counselor a call. Keep taking care of the two of you. There will be brighter days ahead. It's just difficult to see that right now. If you've ever ridden a bike before, it will come back to you. See about taking your bikes to the Silver Comet Trail. That is a perfect place to enjoy fresh air. Exercise will make you both feel much better. Also, you can carry a couple of sandwiches and stop along the trail for a picnic. You are doing great!

Glad to hear that you are seeing some improvement in your's and your son's lives. Sorry to hear about the insensitive teacher, perhaps a phone call or email to set things straight. People grieve in their own way and telling someone to get over it needs to be addressed.
