We had an appt with another doc at NC Opthalmology and he was VERY unprofessiona! We arrived 10 mins prior to our appt. 20 minutes later receptionist let me know the doc was behind because an earlier patient showed up really late for their appt & it threw the schedule off. 40 minutes after our appt time, the doc calls us in & doesn't apologize for the long wait. I said, "before we get started I'd just like to say it would be nice if a patient is really late, they be asked to reschedule their appt so it doesn't impact the remaining patients." He said, "I don't have control over that". I started to say something & he said with anger, "I don't need YOU adding to my day. You walk in here & the first thing you do is start complaining". I just paid $278 to sit for 40 minutes past our appt time, get no apology for the wait & when I let him know it would be nice if they required late patients to reschedule their appts he gives ME attitude??
I go to get my $278 back at reception & he comes out, slams the chart down & says, "she's angry because she had to wait".
Needless to say, I don't recommend this office!!
