Did renovation work there back in the 80.s What is going on with that place. Is Jim O'Day still around and what about Whalen has he given up on the project to finish what he started. We all worked very hard to get that place in order. The big building was left to complete and no word came. At 259,000 per unit you have to wonder where the money went. It is my quess it went to Conn. and not into finale completion.
