Man arrested in domestic incident

A Pottsville man was committed to Schuylkill County Prison after being arrested by Pottsville police in connection with an incident at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Division Street.

Police said John Liptok Jr. was taken into custody pursuant to domestic violence and charged with simple assault and stalking. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post 10 percent of $25,000 bail.

Police said they were called to the area for a report of a man holding a woman who was being assaulted by another man.

At the scene, police said they met Liptok, Alan Donmoyer and Rose Mary Zweizig.

Police said that Zweizig is seven months pregnant and was being stalked by Liptok throughout the day. Liptok followed the woman to a soup kitchen in the 400 block of West Mahantongo Street and began yelling at her and calling her names, police said.

When Zweizig left the building, police said Liptok followed her and eventually blocked her path, began yelling at her and grabbed her by the wrists, causing the woman to almost lose consciousness and fall to the ground.

Donmoyer witnessed the assault and came to the woman's aid, prying Liptok's grasp away from her and then helping her onto her feet and holding her, police said.

Police said Zweizig was taken to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street, Pottsville, for emergency treatment of her unborn baby.

This story reads like a red flag warning. Two weeks ago we had a murder-suicide in the City of Pottsville by some wacko named "Uncle Frank".
People knew that guy was crazy and looked the other way. The end result two people dead and the city in lock down.
Now here is some guy named Liptok (according to this report), doing the same thing. Stalking his victims, being violent. In this case, a pregnant woman and her unborn child.
These types of killers are control freaks. They cannot keep their hands off people. Liptok claims he has a stash of weapons and ammunition.
I hope the Police, the DA, the Judge realize now after the other week, its time to take these nutcases seriously. Build a strong case against them and get them behind bars or in a mental institution!

I do not know you but I truly believe these people are defaming your name, and something must be done.

Go to PA Court Dockts. Type in John J. Liptok (the older one) and read all the charges.

The best defense to any slander or defamation suit is the truth. The truth on this Colonel dude is out there for all to see.

He may have a few like you fooled, but his victims know a differenet Liptok. A nutty Liptok. So damn nutty that the 911 Call Center has blocks on his home and cell phones.

Knowing the boy, I can say he is more than likely doing just the opposite. He had a very bad life, being the son of a drunk, and woman beater, his father (mike) beat him on a daily basis, he is medically all messed up and traumatized by all this, and is on disability for his problems as is his brother. his SSD checks were taken by his father and used to pay child support for about 7 kids from different women, used for his drinking, and used to pay all his fines from his past.
His actions speak volumes of abuse he delt with, and his own words that he wants to beat or kill his father and he wants to be in jail to get tougher, is a sad state of affairs.
That only proves that the police and court system didnt do thier job in protecting him and helping him.

Dont worry, something is being done. I know there are traces left from every computer, I also know that topix itself was involved in a class action suit for slander (texas) and that they lost.
This goes on all over the place, there are nut cases every where who think they can come on a public forum and say whatever they wish and get away with it, try and hide. However, the FBI's IC3 unit or Internet unit is working on the issue, because of the class action that was filed in texas, and like the nutcase, they can cut and paste every post in a scrapbook called a "jacket" and when they are ready they will pounce on the nut job.

BRAVO! yes you keep saying about these "old cases" and keep basing your nutty ramblings on them.
Yes you will find something there in my past, But what you will not see is that these charges were trumped up charges by police, forced by the courts, what you wont see is the letters to appeals courts to overturn them, appeals to the federal agencies to make them right, or the letters to the govenor, presidet for consideration of a full pardon and investigation into these agencies to make it right. what you wont see is the letters I recieved in return from these agencies!

all the cases from the past were based on hear say, against my "family" who was being terrorized by a drug attic. Every charge was signed by the drug attic/dealer/terrorist (NOT the family)

Patricia is very well known for her drug use, her kids criminal activity, and as far as myself and my sister, Yes i did report her drug use, many many times. because I cared about the kids.

by the way, she lost her dry cleaners because she couldnt get capital. she used all the capital on her habits, and didnt reinvest it in the business. and as far as I know, she ran that business out of her home while in housing. and now runs it out of her home basement.

why her child was kicked out of the home, and now has a criminal record or why the same child took her drugs and gave it to another girl who almost died, or why her son is in a detention center right now for the second time, and he writes and calls my kids and other friends, but his own mother wont write, call, or go see him.

According to Liptok's military record he joined the Marines in late 1984. One year AFTER the Invasion of Grenada.

Liptok only served a portion of his required time. He was discharged before his enlistment was up.

During his very short Military Service, there were no other conflicts in which the Marines participated in any kind of combat.

can you confirm that?
vicodin? percocet? does she get them from you? your medical records indicate that you have prescriptions for these two drugs. do you sell them to her?
