Cars arrive for NWTC shuttles by 6:15 a.m. Cars lined up outside Northeast Wisconsin Technical College parking lots before 6:15 a.m. Thursday with drivers hoping to be first in line to see President Barack Obama some six hours later at Green Bay Southwest High School.
