Well I tried BTB last week and came away with a less than satisfying experience. On the plus side I must admit that my burger(the most expensive on the menu at $13 was quite good) but, from there it was a flop. Granted the burger prices include fries, coleslaw and a jar of bread & butter pickles. That is still quite pricey. When my food was brought out I started by eating a fry. ICE COLD!!! WTH? The portion of coleslaw was served in a very small plastic container(about the size of a large shot glass)! The pickles were nowhere to be found!!! They forgot to bring them although I did get them as I was finishing my burger. They were actually pretty good. Homemade. All in all for what they are charging for a "gourmet burger" they really need to pay better attention to the "sides" that come with it. When you charge that much for a meal you had better pay attention to details! I will try it again someday but only when I hear of better experiences.

Is $13 really that much for a dinner? I understand the economy sucks...but, if $13 is too much money for a burger/meal then try Arby's!

For most dinners,$13 is probably a good price. But for a damn Burger?? HELL NO!

Before anyone starts saying that I should try eating out of the area or anything like that let me first say that I travel all over the country and especially the northeast and eat in many of the cities. I hit up some very fine restaurants in my travels. IMHO BTB is trying to be a "high end" burger establishment which is fine. BUT, that being said I can go to any number of places in my travels and have a burger just as good or better and have it for much less. Not to mention with better sides as well. Yes $13 for a burger meal IS quite steep. I am not some kind of snob, I'm just pointing out that if this place wants to be successful in it's venture then had better start paying attention to detail. Otherwise it WILL fail! Btw, one more thing,$3 bucks for a draft beer was fine but $3 bucks for a WARM draft beer is just another thumbs down! Hey think about it, so many other places I go to can do it and do it cheaper and better, why not BTB? I would love to see them make it but they have some work to do. Lastly the atmoshere was nice(thumbs up!). Nice place inside!

I have been in there 4-5 time so far. I haven't ordered a full meal yet though. I enjoy sitting at the bar and watching hockey, golf, basketball, etc...(And the staff is always willing to pit whatever you want on the tv) The draft beer has never been warm. I sampled every tap, all nice and cold. The food that I have ordered (wings or fries mainly) was great. Also. The prices were quite good.

In all, BTB is a good local restaurant. Better than any of the Hazen's establishments

Tried it, not bad. Food was good, a bit pricey. Service needs some work. Seemed very unorganized and had to wait a long time. One person told us to wait to be seated and then someone else came over and told us to sit anywhere (?) I think once they get that figured out, will be good place to go for a burger and drinks. Bar was nice.

I really do hope they can make it there. Not trying to bash them, just giving some feedback on my experience. Maybe using frosted glasses would resolve the warm draft problem. Definately should have been colder.

Thumbs mostly up. I've been there a few times since it opened. I've had the burgers, the fries, the wings and the beer. Food was great, beer was cold, and early on the fries were nearly cold once. This has more to do with the service than anything. I've had great service there and I've had terrible service too. I thing this place is a great change of pace for P'dam, as long as they can get their act together with the service.

"duh" hit the nail on the head.

The food is great.

But more than that, there is finally a place that you can go an watch games and jam a few beers... Funny how none of other other existing "sports bars" in town are conducive to actually watching sports.

I've been in and eaten a few different times, even tried the bar area on 4/20 when Maxfields was so packed you couldn't even get to the bar!

All in all the food is good! I've tried the classic, turkey burger, B.E.L.T. and the haystack onions. A bit pricey, but good although as others have mentioned they could stand to pay more attention to the details. The fries are never browned/crispy enough for me and we only got pickles the first couple of times we ate there. Last time our pickles and coleslaw were missing.

Overall the service is decent, although I've heard some horror stories from friends. Like having to wait over 2 hours to finally get served when it's busy. Meanwhile, friends of the wait staff came in after them and were served whole meals first. Not a good thing if you want to stay in business because people notice that stuff.

Definitely a nice addition to town, gives the Hazens and McDuffs a run for their money (not that Duffs is much competition anyway lately). But I don't really get the gourmet angle because it certainly isn't, especially when they are missing the small details. And the name is not a "gourmet" sounding name at all! It can be somewhat embarrassing when you ask someone if they have eaten "Between the Buns"!!!

I'm pretty darn modest, so i have to say, the name alone will probably stop me from going. Turns my face red just thinking about it. I her the name and all, but there are just far too many pervs that will get a good laugh at the names expense, while making me very red in the face and uncomfortable.
