i was driving threw panama and i seen the new dog i suppose . it just amazes me how quick they came up with 10,000 for another dog in such a short time.

looks like to me if them dogs are worth so much and mean so much they need to be took better care of . they say he died in the line of duty ,protecting his partners house , if that is one of his duties
then his partner felled his duty because he did not take creeds safety in consideration or he wouldn't of left him outside like a sitting duck.
i read where they said they thought someone they had stopped and searched was the culprits who shot the dog it looks like if they knew these culprits well enough to assume they are responsible
for his death . then they should of assumed that he would be in danger , and had him safely inside their home. and now they are going place another 10,000 dollar in the same hands don't make sense
to me do they know how much 20,000 dollars could of helped human beings . and also the county has a dog that they are more than happy to assists
fellow officers . what makes panama think they need a dog of their own when they have to have yet another police department to haul the dog around.
i just think 20,000 dollars could of been used in
a lot better ways either to help the town or the people of panama
