Well I've been to the Crispie Creme since it has reopen, a matter of fact three times. Today 1/12/2013 I went there and waited in line for about 20 min. Just like I did the other two times. Today I ordered a doz. Glazed donuts and when I was down the road I opened the box and found that there was only 8 not 12 donuts, this was the first mistake. The second mistake was when my wife found that they were not fresh but had been refrigerated! I don't know about you but when a person drives all the way from Rosemount area to their store in Portsmouth thinking they would be getting fresh glazed donuts or maybe even hot ones. I don't think this business is going to do well when they are already starting to sell their pastry products just like the former owners did, see where it got them, save a dime & lose a dollar?
well then

Turn around and return them then. The thousands of donuts they've sold this week, well.... it's possible to make some mistakes. The donuts are marvelous and I will take them frozen or hot, doesn't matter. Sooooo delicious!!!!!

I had their glazed donuts on the second day they were opened, they were fresh, however, as the weeks go on, they may not be as fresh being as business will slow down. I don't think they are the best donuts, but they aren't the worst. I won't and don't stand in line for 20 minutes for ANY donut though! I like Scent from Heaven Bakery in new Boston, very fresh, good and prices aren't bad!! Either way, glad we have two small businesses locally owned, we need more of them!!
