Noticed about 30 OSHP cars driving down 23 south this morning, not sure where they were headed but never seen that many before.

I've noticed the same thing going on in Oak Hill and Rio Grande. I passed 11 cops during a 20 minute drive in this area.

Beware they're pulling many cars over for nothing hoping to find drugs down the 23 pipeline and checking insurance and seat belts. I know I got stopped, the state is hurting for money and this is a way to make lots of money, so beware. I was let go had all proper papers.

I think that the reason so many Troopers are out is the fact that Checks came out today and with it being the weekend AND beautiful weather, it all adds up to alot people out drinking tonight.

It sure is annoying as hell. But maybe if they would do their jobs like this at least once a week this area would get a little bit better, but then again I doubt it. It's hard to tell. Our druggies & drunks would find a way around it all. Everyone should always have a DD! If you don't have any real friends that wold do it for you then stay HOME & drink!

Why would we let you know where the dui checkpoints are? It may save a life, especially a northwest student. Their prom is tonight. We all know they have the worst luck. So be smart and don't tell and remember the parent that hosts gets the mosts and they shouild also be watched

JOJO is right, but usualy the put it on the front page of the paper where, and when they are setting up a check point,I think it is stupid to do that.

\\but whats even more stupid, is the idiots that still get busted at them,LOL

our state troopers are so dumb who in their right mind would go near the checkpoints if they are told where they are. this is much better, maybe they will get some arrests.
