A Baby Horry County Police said was BEATEN BY HER FATHER earlier this week DIED thid afternoon at the Medical University of SC in Charleston said Horry County Coroner Robert Edge.The 5 WEEK OLD BABY MYLEE FERGUSON,was pronounced DEAD at 430pm Edge said.She was listed in Critical Conidtion at the MUSC earlier today.

Why do you have to be so mean, rude, and childish? Miles admitted that he shook Miley when she wasn't breathing. Maybe you should know the full story before you go around running your mouth about things.

Mean is shaking the life out of a 5 week old.Mean is using the church town wife and friends by lying about being a murderous child molested abuser and killer.He could have told the truth to start with.He could have told everyone he did it because hes bipolar.If he did he would have gotten a lesser sentence.But now the A..hole has to face the full brunt of his actions.Life I hope he gets Life he deserves!!!

If u had a baby that stopped breathing and u were a new parent, what would you do? Not touch her? Omg! As a new parent, I would freak out and do whatever I could to try to get my child to breathe!! It's different when it's not your child though! I had to give Cpr to my neighbors baby one time And cracked her rib. I didn't even push hard. These babies are so delicate that any sudden movements can hurt them!

Lay her flat on the floor or table .Tilt her head back.3 chest compressions then pinch her nose breath into her mouth and lungs.Repeat untill help arrives.Ashley and Miles knew this.Theres no excuse for shaking Mylee.

CPR for a infant is totally different than CPR for an adult. It's a totally different story when it's your own child!

he is guilty. every moron out there knows that shaking a baby will hurt them badly. so if your baby is not breathing why would you do something that would make the situation worse? i have never heard someone shaking a baby or person to get them breathing again. patting on the back, yeah. but not shaking.

CONWAY, SC (WSAZ)-- Miles Ferguson's trial resumed Thursday morning with an Ophthalmologist testifying that the conditions Mylee suffered were consistent with shaken baby syndrome, according to our sister station, WMBF.

WMBF also reports that the doctor talked about hemorrhaging in the back of the eye that made it look like the baby (Mylee) had been shaken.

"Given the clinical findings and the other history and lab findings these retinal hemorrhages suggest shaken baby syndrome," said Ophthalmologist Dr. Ronald Teed, while testifying.

Also thank God that this has never happened to you. Thank God if you have children they have never stopped breathing. I have had one that did and luckly I was in the hopital after she was born when this happened and there were people to help me. I cant imagine being on my own when it did cause I was in panic there. I would do whatever it took to save my baby! Also reread everything and see he said he didnt shake her hard, just enough to try to get a respose from her.
