You have the right to be angry, but don't misdirect it. Here's probably the truth to what is happening behind the scenes- This person you speak of is probably a snitch. Every time they get in trouble on probation, they have information to provide to the police about someone else. In all of those situations, the prosecutors office probably recommended the person not go to prison. There's only one reason the prosecutor would not fight to put this person in prison, because the cops are after bigger fish.

Chum and LookDeeper I think you are both right! It makes me sick to know how these people operate...

If you got something to tell the folks with the badge, then you wont do time or very little.... It is like it's okay to do the crime only if you got something for me.. Makes me sick how they make it a snitchin game... But it works for them and it shows the true colors of the snitch.....

But it doesn't really work for Scioto County. That snitch they didn't send to prison, is selling dope to kids, or breaking into houses. I understand the need to fry bigger fish, but do it some other way than keep releasing bad people into our community.

That's the way it is these days the judges have giving up on ptown. The dopeheads rule. They know all they are going to get is probation so they steal rob and do as they please. And we the people that are good citizens that go to work and pay our taxes are the one who have to pay for their crimes. I know if one of them come on my property and steal again the sheriff will not get a phone call. If you know what I mean No Probation and No Rehab again.

Sadly, this is the way it is. There are far too many criminals out running around to put them all in jail. There isn't enough room. The drug problem is simply out of control.

What's wrong with the old jail on 4th and stop renting cell space to other county's . We have the jail space but the money is more needed. The people that work and don't brake the laws don't matter to the people that are in office. All they worry about is fine money and the rent they get from our taxer built jail . Do you think they want a low crime rate No. They won't even pick someone up for questioning. Donini don't make his detective do there jobs.
