Boycotted them 8 years ago, after 3 really bad screw ups in a matter of 4 mths. I tried and gave them chance after chance but finally it just wasn't worth going and getting crap after crap. Come on man "MAKE THE DAM HAMBURGER THE WAY YOU WOULD IF YOU WERE THE ONE EATING IT! Open UP the dam thing an the lettuce is hanging out of the bun an tomato out the other side for god sakes! Not Rocket science!

Eww, I tried the fish sandwich today, Nasty! The top inside bun was actually black, like they tried to toast a stale bun, the fish was slightly warm, tartar sauce tasted like it might be spoiled. It tasted like it had been sitting there all day! Yuk!

Yuck! My Godson used to work at the Wendys on the Trail in the late 90s. I quit eating there when he came home from work and told me he quit because two employees had head lice and management didn't send them home! To me, that said it all.

I went to funny barn a while back and the comedian even made a huge joke about Wendy's screwing up every order! I was laughing so hard. It's so true.

Hey, Hey, Hey!!! Went to wendys in LucasVille..ask for a "Chicken nuggets" Combo, So I could easily eat while driving...toward Portsmoouth, I reached in the bag and found I had a "chicken sandwich" instead. I pulled in the Wendys on the trail..and said, "The other Wendys messed up my order...I want my money back" (showed the reciept of course) GOT MY MONEY BACK

Wendy's employees only do what they are told to do. The employees get in trouble for service times. This includes managers. That's why they are in a hurry to get your orders out. The drive thru's are faster than any drive-thru I have been to. Some of the emoloyees's and managers are a lot nicer than at other fast food places. Some of the other places have ppl that acts like you are asking for them to give a limb when you ask for something extra.

Last evening, I got a Chicken BLT salad. When I got home, there was no bacon or cheese on it. NONE!
That was at the Wheelersburg Wendy's.

Yeah, Wendy's is the worst for screwing up drive thru orders. Personally, I hardly eat there anymore because of that. Plus, I don't care for the way they changed their food. I like the Wendy's food from 20 years ago!

That's why I always go inside and get my order and check it when I get it...simple solutions in life make it much easier.

I don't know about the others but the one in 52/ gallia St is horrible, and whether employees are timed rushed etc is no excuse for poor service. Niether is having assistant managers that are too busy goofing off with thier emplooyees and flirting with everything that walks to do thier job. Not to mention the rudeness. Seen it there more than once. If the assistant managers (such as Amy or April or whatever the girls name was) act that way, why should thier crew work any better!
