Why is the family not obeying court orders?
Why is the law enforcement allowing them to do it?

I agree the sheriff dept. is not doing anything about this child being kidnapped and they know where she is, and who has her.

No they are not doing anything. I called, reported to a voicemail, no one called me back, then I get an email to call, call twice and no phone call. I am disgusted by the police department and plan to file a grievance.

Sheriffs Office is guess is the better words, Ms Conkel? She has yet to return my phone calls, nor has she even anwsered when I have called. It has been 2 weeks now. They CANNOT tell me that the color, type and first three of the plate numbers would not narrow down to possibilities. Look at some car registrations, that alone could go a long way!

I have wrote Ms. Conkel on her facebook. This is crazy. I am sick of all the sightings not getting followed up! Why do we have cops if they aren't going to help us. If any one has any info that the cops are refusing to hear, you can email them to me at [email protected] I talk to Megan (Jaelyn's step mom)alot, and have been helping her as much as I can. I am working on getting somebody to investigate the police department, so that might get them to do something!

I have emailed John Walsh and we haven't gotten a reply. We have emailed and called tons of different people. We do however think we have finally gotten some one who is going to be putting the preasure on the PD to do there jobs. If you want to write the sheriffs station and tell them how poor of a job they are doing then here you go! http://sciotocountysheriff.com/~site/Scripts_...

Didn't someone contact Nancy Grace? I really think something needs to be done because if there are these numerous sitings people should start taking photos of when they see her. Send the story to WSAZ they will be willing to pick it back up if people start writing too them and distributing photos.

That is why it should be stressed this is NO LONGER
a custody battle.

Custody was awarded to the father, and the Lewis family kidnapped her to keep her away from him.

COURT ORDERS
The father was given custody !!!!!!!!!!

Why do they think Cherish is in jail?
Why does Jessica have a warrant out for her arrest?
It's not hard to see it is not a custody battle.

the father shouldn't have custody of Jaelyn, so many stories on the father doing bad things to Jaelyn, the judge isn't hearing all the storey, legally cant bring up the father's background when he was a minor and what charges he had. Jaelyn is better off with her mother, I have been around when the child came back from the father's and she didn't act right, she acted scared and worried. he had to be doing something wrong to her!!!! look at her medical records from hospitals!!!!!!!!! I don't blame Cherish I would stay in Jail too, and keep her away from him!!!!!!!!!

a mother everyone has an opinion and that is yours but the judge says the father is to be given custody. I think the whole Lewis family should spend 30+ years in prison for kidnapping this little girl

To "a mother" if you knew what was going on, you would realize that Jaelyn was only acting weird when she came home, because she was afraid of being back with the LEWIS', Stephen was accused of doing stuff to his sister..it's aweful funny that his sister goes to visit him all the time. If you looked at pics she is close to both her brothers and you should be ashamed to even repeat that crap. Let me ask you a question, that I know you can't answer..Why is it that Stephen and his family have tons of pics of Jaelyn out there, that show her extremely happy, both I don't see any with her mother..happy or not happy? Oh that's right because she never spent time with her daughter unless it was in the presence of a CHILD MOLESTER named Ralph Ash!!! Do your research, and quit defending that worthless family!

So you say she is better off with her mother huh?
Are they going to put Jaelyn in jail with her so she can be with her. She hasn't had a mother for months now. Neither has the other child she had.
some mother.
And no judge can bring juvenile records, they are sealed for every juvenile when they reach the age of 18.
Also why is her sister, Jessica wanted on a warrant for obstruction of custody?
I guess that's all a lie too, huh?
You are right about the stories about the father,
THEY ARE JUST THAT
STORIES
AND
LIES
NO PROOF
