He was spotted by someone and they told him his friend Matt was looking for him. So they called Matt and he came and got him and took him to his family, the story is on PDT website.

While I appreciate the efforts by law enforcement in looking for a missing person, this guy has been hiding out the whole time while tens of thousands of tax payer dollars have been spent looking for him. He was staying in an abandon house near where is car was found? First place I would think to check, lol. Are there mental issues?

Maybe it just got too cold to keep playing around in the woods..

I am glad he was found. I was worried about him when it got cold at night. The homeless also. Don't take your warm house and comfortable bed for granted.

I don't take it for granted. I work for it, every day. EVERY DAY.

Anybody that can push a broom can have a bed too. It's a choice.

I make that choice every day at 5:15AM when my alarm goes off and I get out of bed with Rheumatoid Arthritis burning in my joints and go off to work another day.

Don't talk to me about taking anything for granted. I take my dignity and responsibilities seriously.

if the guy is retarded, that's a different subject. I don't know him. If he's lazy (like many 'hard luck cases' around here.. then I have no, NO sympathy whatsoever. I work my ass off. Anybody else ever thought of doing that?

Don't be so offended and don't take it so personnel. I was just throwing it out there. Wasn't pointing fingers at you.

I'm not offended, I was frustrated for a moment but no, and thank you for your comment.

A person's bed .. well, that is up to them.

So, we are praising the fact that a grown man that ran away on his own free will was found?

Sure, I understand. You know the old saying about some people making their own bed?

Know what that is? Stupid.

If someone kidnapped him and he was found, I'd get it. But, a man with a job taking off and playing Bear Grylls in the woods for month without notifying anyone is not anything to waste tax dollars on.

Tens of thousands you say???
Yeah, they looked real hard! He was within rock throwing distance of his vehicle and they couldn't find him! Maybe Scioto County should invest into a search dog. They could afford it easily if they fire some of the worthless, womanizing, lazy ass's that call themselves law enforcement.
Don't get me wrong as there are a few good officers that work for Portsmouth but, there are way more lazy ones.

I doubt if that was your autistic son you would feel that way. Go take a hike AND get lost. No one would want to find you.
