He was my childrens pediatrician until they were over 18 years of age. I was very happy with him and his staff. Very easy to get along with and to contact in case of emergencies. Highly recommend.

Do not take ur child to him. All he prescribes is benadryl, that is before he even knows wat is wrong wit them.

well i started my son with him and i didnt much care for him only because i was a new mom and he kinda always seemed to rush me with my questions and the questions i did ask he would ramble and look at his paper work so i really didnt understand what he was talking about so i switched dr.he may not be a bad dr but i just like someone to take their time and explain things to me in a manor i can understand expecially with my son. i just think all new moms are nervous anyways.

He managed to keep my two kids going strong all through til age 18. He just doesn't let people talk him into unecessary things. He tells parents like itis, and some don't like that. I recommend him if you want the Doctor to be the doctor.

That is exactly the way he is. Every headache is not a brain tumor. He took the wait and see way and I have found that if you let nature take its course, it will usually take care of itself without a lot of unnecessary intervention. But he would also listen to me. He knew that I knew my child and that usually whatever the concern would be, he would listen and then do the appropriate thing. I don't agree with jumping in and going through a bunch of expensive tests first. But I am not the norm these days. Some people use their medical cards like credit cards and somehow get something out of running to doctors and hospitals. I think he can feel those people out.

DR a poor excuse for a daughter was three yrs old and was vomiting everywhere and had diareaha so bad she could fill one diaper after another even though she had been potty trained for almost a yr..We took her to the e.r told them her symptoms and the e.r doc said it was her appendix and we needed to get it out a.s.a.p....he said he would contact her pediatrician and admiited her to peds unit....when he finnally came in after an two hrs went by..I told him what the e.r doc had said and he looked right at me and said I was being stupid that 3 yr olds cant have a bad i asked what it was then ..he said it was a virus and by the next day she would be we took his advice they gave her antibiotic throughout the night and the next morn had declined horrible we asked for a second opinion..Dr. ditraglia said it was not needed and she would be fine but by this point she wasnt moving around at all nand couldnt even try to drink or eat..Dr turjoman came in and told us he wanted to lifeflight her to childrens hospital in columbus...When we got there a team was waiting and from the same cat scan and ultrasound that dr. ditraglia had done..found her appendix had ruptured and my baby was in surgery for 3 1/2 hrs tryin to get all the infection out she remained in ICU for another week then on a stepdown unit for 8 more days...She came home with an i.v. for antibiotics around the clock..THE CHIEF PEDIATRIC SURGEON TOLD ME THAT IF WE WOULD HAVE WAITED ANOTHER HOUR SHE WOULD HAVE DIED FROM INFECTION...had we listened to dr. ditraglia he would have killed my lil girl...plz dont take ur child to him.....

why would anybody want to take their kids to him? how can you diagnose someone in less then 30 seconds??? thats how he is. he doesnt take the time to answer your questions. he lets his staff do his work for him. he diagnosed my son with baby measles and it turned out to be a heat rash that lasted the entire summer. has anyone heard of baby measles that last four months???
