the case has gone nowhere, because it's completely obvious that it was a legal shooting. they cannot present evidence that isn't there, that is common sense. staker is a good kid, and put in that position anyone i know would have done the same thing. dude died, ya that sucks, but his death is on his own hands, maybe he should've tried to scare someone else off with a gun, or been man enough to pull the trigger himself. getting sick of people constantly nagging and complaining, but same time if someone were breaking in your house or something endangering your family you wouldnt want to be wrongfully imprisoned....so leave it the helll alone
So, if I shoot you FIVE times after you showed me your gun, it is a justifiable shoot?
The funny thing is, when a cop shoots a suspect more than two times they are accused with excessive force among other charges. There is flaw in your logic.

When you are properly trained to carry a gun, one of the things you learn is if you are threatened or your safety is threatened and you fear for your life, you shoot until dead. You never just shoot once because the person who is threatening you will have a chance to shoot you back, always shoot until your clip is empty. I am a properly trained individual who carries a gun on a daily basis and I know that if someone is pointing a gun in my face that I am not going to turn my back and walk away, giving the other person the advantage to shoot me. This is an unfortunate predicament but you never pull a gun on someone to use as a threat, you only pull your gun to use it.

What do you not believe? Do you not believe that I carry a gun everyday? I do in fact carry a gun on a daily basis, I have my CCW and I do not leave my house without protection. I was attacked by a man going to my car one night after work, I was assaulted. After my attack I went through the proper stages an received my CCW, so as to not be helpless again. I only stated that if someone is threatening your life with a gun, that if you are properly trained that you pull your weapon only to kill, not maim. Did I clarify it enough for you or do you need me to continue the explanation?

Police are trained to incapacitate before killing a threatening subject. Even before that they are required to exhaust all non-lethal options before using lethal ones.
So you think that just because you have that CCW license, it gives you the right to kill?

I hate to break it to you but the only thing that the CCW license does is allow you to carry a gun that is not in plain view. Anyone can carry a gun as long as it is visible. You are so proud of the fact you have your license but know little about law and life. Go read the laws on carrying a concealed weapon. You will be surprised at what you find. People just like you are what give our county such a bad name. Educate yourself. Idiot.

I never said I was proud of the fact that I carry a gun. You are the one that has your panties in a bunch over a comment I posted that if you are threatened with deadly force that it is justified to shoot back. I know the facts on carrying a concealed weapon. Go ahead an call me names if you want, it only shows your ignorance and lack of a good argument.

Bob is a mason there is no way he would just go gun the man down without good reason.

Just because somebody comes up dead,Doesnt always mean somebody did something wrong..
I have also heard some things on the streets that I cant talk about but it was justified trust me..

You must not have any grass to cut.A mower is very important when you have grass to cut so its not even fair to say murder..Maybe if you went and got a job you could have some grass to cut,Then you could see the working peoples side..
