I say let him go! Its their mistake if they made him stay too long do you think they would make it up to him? Hell no they wouldn't! Because its a money thing! Feds give them money to house so many there fore they fill it up. And don't come back like your better because everybody is one step one wrong move one wrong dececion from being locked up!!

If it was only a mistake on the systems part then he should be punished for it BUT since he was told he had to finish his sentence, he escaped the courthouse, and he took the monitor off then yes he should be locked back up. It's his own fault for escaping.
