NO!!! STAY AWAY from Buy Rite!! They tried to rip off my friend by selling her a "new" 1200 dollar bed that showed up at her house with mud, crayon, nail polish and old stickers all over it! Then they wouldn't give her money back. They finally came to take it back and they tried to get her to sign a release saying they would not give her money back, totally dishonest! If you "buy right" you done "bought WRONG."

I drove up to Bowling Green this afternoon to go to that American Frieght furniture store. You CAN save a lot of money there -- they have great buys on mattresse sets and they have some really nice tables and chairs. They had some really nice sofas and chairs, too. I wish I had known about this store earlier. It's a national chain apparently...they have 50+ stores in different states, and the salesman told me they just opened a new store in Nashville.

That's really awful about that 1,200 mattress sale ! Thanks for the info on them and for the info about the American Freight store.

I purchased a dinette set there and 2 bar stools there and when I did recieve them they were supposed to delivere instead I had to pick them up, and then noticed the dinette chairs where put together upside down and the screws were left out of the stools and they used nails, When i asked them about it they wanted me to deliver them back for them to fix, I have nothing but bad experience with this Buy Rite store, and another person bought NEW bunk beds last week and when they delivered them they were USED. Go figure that!!!

All of their things are over-priced. They show you the new stuff and then try to slick you. I purchased a furniture set from American Freight in KY and I love it. They are very reasonable. I had to pay 65 to have it delivered to Portland but they came and set it up and that was a small price to pay compared to the money I saved.

I just purchased a "new" mattress set for my 2 year old. I paid full price for a "new" set and when it arrived it was not what I paid for. My toddler's "new" bed had the plastic duct taped on, had holes and stains all over it, mud and cockroaches crawling out of it. I told them I wanted my money back because I wouldnt let my 2 year old daughter sleep on something that disgusting and they refused to give me my money back. The owner refused to tell me his name so that I could handle this issue through the proper channels, first he said his name was Mark and then said his name was James. This is the most dishonest crooked furniture store Ive ever dealt with. BUY RIGHT IS A SCAM. UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES, USED FURNITURE AND BED BUGS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a washer and dryer and both died in a month supposed to have had 30 day warranty. Pd almost $200. They ended up being scrapped. Went to that new place across from 109 family restaurant and they have all kinds of stuff. I got a crib and kitchen table ad it was real nice and got both for $100.

You can tell allot about a place just by the appearance of the place and by the people running that business. In saying that if a person has pride in their product they will A)Look Professional B) Have pride in their products and themselves.

I'll never buy anything there again--- their stuff is very poor quality and they will not give back money if something is brought back ! They only offered to replace our broken box spring only with another one just like it that he said would break, too !! We just took the loss and gave them back the one we had bought so they could do what they want with it---hopefully dispose of it... Wonder if they will re-sell it ?? LOL
Surely, not !

My mother recently went there and purchased a couch, recliner, 2 end tables, coffee table, kitchen table, a set of living room tables for my sister, and we will be buying my living room furniture there as well. Its convenient, its reasonably priced if any of you have actually shopped around, and all the guys there including the owner have been nothing but helpful, charming and well mannered. I guess not everyone will have the same experience we have had but I can say that we have had absolutely no complaints. Just out of curiosity, if these people were sold something that was used and full of bugs when they actually PAID for something new, why hasn't anyone called any of the news channels or reported them? Kinda funny how certain people wanna blast a company all over the net but not actually do anything about it.... Which serves to prove to me that these must be bogus claims from people wanting something for free or more than what they paid for.

You don't have to believe that. I have the pictures to prove it. And I'm sure the Judge is gonna believe it with photos and witness also. Maybe you should check Better Business Bureau. They believe me too!

The ONLY people who don't agree are the people who work there (YOU).

I purchased a washer and dryer from this same when he was in gallatin. Junk is all I can say the man came to my house two times. To fix them then I told him I wanted my money back well he goes to his truck and tries to leave but I followed him out so he kinda gets pissed and just snatches it out of my house and me not thinking my cloths were in the dryer. Well I call him and he says they were still in the dryer come get them well I get their and the dryer was empty he says oh my wife must have pit them somewhere and to make a long story short I did get my money but my cloths are not to be found so I believe everything said here about james.

You're lucky you got your money back . I made the mistake of buying something from them that was a piece of junk and they only offered to exchange it for another junk item . They said no money would be returned.
