There was alcohol involved... Mark was a great guy but did make some stupid mistakes.. During this night he had been drinking at a bar with a bike he either just bought or was about to sell.. Either way it wasn't street legal.. Mark Was offered a Ride home, a buddy said they would throw his bike in the back of thier truck, so it's obvious he was too drunk to drive.
Unfortunately Mark declined and a cop was sitting nearby and was watching ((((((( OT(while i realise it's easy to stake out a bar to make a quick DWI arrest, I'd like to see less of this and more of finding the many missing persons or unsolved homicides in this area, Not defending Drunk driving at all but c'mon, the only arrests you here about these days are either DWI, Drug possestion or sale or Sexual acts, Where are all the kidnapper/muderer arrests? I know there are plenty of them out there to be arrested, just count the bodies..Sorry little side rant there.)))))))

.. The moment Mark pulled into the street the cop turned on his lights to pull him over.. Mark freaked out, He was drunk and riding a vehicle that wasn't legal to be on the road..... He decided to run.. He didn't run far as he accelerated very fast and lost control and ended up in a fatal accident.

Mark was indeed a very well liked young man, but he did make a horrible mistake that night.

Mark will be forever remembered at the Chautauqua County Fiargrounds Demolition Derby. There is a new compition for best paint job dedicated to his memory.

i love how people are tellin da story like they were on da bike with him,
first of all da bike was legal, registered and very legal.
second, if it wasnt for dat bitch girlfriend of his getting into a fight at da bar with her babi daddy and then givin mark his helmet to get on da bike (knowin how much he had to drink) then maybe he would still be here.
