How does a buffer zone hurt their free speech? They can't say what they have to say 39 feet from the building?

It hurts free speech because then they cannot stand right at the front door of the clinic and tell everyone who comes in and out how wrong abortion really is.
Murderers... how about we put you on a table from 39 feet across the street then use a 39 foot cable to rip your unborn baby out? nice hunh?
