Wind test towers hit turbulence at Portland Planning Board

PORTLAND a ' The Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing on June 23 on a proposal that would allow temporary towers for wind meters throughout the city.

No need to test for wind on Peaks Island, There is plenty of wind generated by a number of blowhards that populate this island

Wind towers are silent and majestic. We have quite a few here in Indiana. Could help the island be more independent.
