This is exciting for our town of Eastport. We are a small community of under 2,000. We are not your typical tourist town and only recently put porta- potties on the dock for visitors. When visiting Eastport I hope people will enjoy what we are and realize that most of the people here like it the way it is, a place where people are friendly and help each other out. We are not backward but are the kind of people that enjoy a simpler, quieter and safer way of life. Our community includes a lot of former and current professionals who appreciate what we have.
