I think this is a moment of reflection. If this was just an "accident" then maybe when a non officer gets in a similar scrap an officer will write down "unintential accident" "Ha!" Not hardly, they will write anything they can that they say contributed to the accident. I think people have to start understanding what it means to be in an accident.
