Facts, sounds like you are defending a coward, he might as well kill himself, he is so screwed!!! Does not matter how much you pray for Jordan!!!

this is a tragic ACCIDENT im sure he did not set out to kill those two men. ACCIDENTS are everywhere! I pray for the ones that obviously are not with GOD to know "dont seek revenge the lord will avenge you" Try to forgive and heal!! death is all around us and when it hits us close it hurts but when its your time its your time GOD decides that and everything happens for a reason! maybe the family will be drawn closer to God for healing? Jordan will get what he deserves it will never satify the familys but neither will his death as some are wishing! its not his childs fault or his parents or siblings anymore than the deaseased families fault!!!! I believe they are in a better place and it would hard to be alive in prison and have your family miss you your son come see you or not he will pay but thats for the courts to decide.

I agree with lucky gril. instead of being on here commenting back and calling people names you should call your local congress man or to the city hall do what ever needs to be done to get this stupid ass off the street. prior to this the accident where two lives were lost he had a DUI and after the accident he get another one. tell me how many lives need to be taken so that this man can do his time/pay for what he has done. i truly believe that there is a GOD who will be the only one to judge and punish this "human" but if we can keep him from killing and taking someone elses loved one we should write, call, go to the city hall and get this man behind bars.

The families need to stay on top off the District Attorney! They need to go straight to him/her and not through the victim advocate. However, the victim advocates can find out who the district attorney will be for the case and so can the investigating office (Sherrifs office, Highway patrol). The family, victims, have several rights also. Find out what they are! I speak from expereince. I am going thru this at this very moment!

Again stupidity, Jordan was not drunk read the info before speaking out of your ass! It is clear you know nothing about this man- he is devasted beyond repair over what happened. We are still all in complete shock that this happened to Jordan of all people- this is not like him- this was truly a tragedy for him and his family as well as the victims and the families!

No, he was not "drunk" but he was under the influence.

YOU are all in shock that this happened to JORDAN. Really!!!!!!!!

It is a tragedy that he is still out on the streets.

I hope he gets at a prison sentence so he gets what he deserves.

Everyone keeps forgetting that there are 4 young children with no father and a wife struggling to make it on her own.

Seriously, you are defending someone that does not deserve it. He was arrested not that long ago AGAIN for being under the influence. Get real, this person will never learn.

I personally know "former Officer" Jennings and am not surprised at all. Someone full of remorse does not state, "If their airbags had worked they wouldn't have died." Jennings will get his Karma after his conviction.

If you do know him and he is "devastated beyond repair" (in your words) then why has he not come forward and apologize for what he did? why has he not seeked out the families he hurt? why hasn't he left a comment on here apologizing for what he has done? why hasn't he explained himself to the families who are the most hurt? his son still has a father to hug on fathers day while the men he MURDERED are lying under ground and their children will have to take a drive to the cometary to wish their dead father a "happy father's day". devastated beyond repair? i beg to differ.

You know the weird thing is I've read this forum and most of the people act as though Jordan Jennings meant to do this. No one sets out to run there car into another and cause bodily injury. Who are any of us to judge Jordan Jennings? How many times have you been on a two lane road and saw some one pass in less than perfect conditions? I drive truck for a living and can tell you I see this everyday, 100's of times a day. Rather than pointing a finger maybe you should learn from this mistake and drive your car alittle better, while thinking of the other drivers on the road. God only knows I wouldn't want this to happen to me or you.

Gaylord, your an idiot...He was under the influence of a controlled substance. Wether prescription or not, he killed 2 people due to reckless behavior. What if this was your family it happened to, would you still feel this way? Who knows, it may be one day!

Wow DDV an insult The only comment you could offer is an insult. Oh yeah and lets not forget a threat. Well I can see I'm out witted. Rather than offer some positive light to an otherwise sad situation you insult and threaten my family and I.
You said he was under the influence of a controlled substance, A Controlled Substance, meaning a doctor perscribed it. Maybe we should threaten the Doctor who perscribed it? Maybe we should threaten the auto manufacturer for selling him the car? Maybe we should threaten Cal trans and the state of California for not installing a center guard railing system. Or maybe you can keep your threats and insults to yourself.

So are you saying its ok to drive this way and kill 2 innocent people?
My comment is far from a threat. Its reality. Do you think that when these 2 people got in the car that day they felt threatened by what was going to happen, probably not. Do you think they knew when they kissed their wife and children that morning that would be the last time they saw them, probably not. When you get in the truck everyday do you say, I think today is the day im gonna die, probably not. OR maybe you are in the same boat as Jennings. Do you drive under the influence? Is that why you are defending his actions and blaming other people? That sounds classic of an addict. When you get into the truck everyday do you wonder am I ok to drive today or do you care? Do you care if your taking thousands of people lives into your hands when you drive under the influence?

Before you start making more comments stating Im threating you, let me explain. Do you think the day that my family and I decided to go for a drive we knew that we would be hit head on by a drunk driver killing someone very close to me? The others including myself being severly injured? No. We have no control of what other people are going to do and you never know when you might be on the other side of that yellow line.
I dont know Jennings or the families involved but I do know the pain of losing someone to a drunk driver, someone who thought they were doing nothing wrong and could drive any way they wanted to.

I like how you just assume that I'm under the influence while I operate a vehicle as a reason for my earlier comments. I don't drink, or take drugs never have and never will. The company I work for issues random drug tests several times a month. I also believe that every company should make it manditory for all of it's employees to be tested atleast once a month. I think even you would be supprized at how many people would test positive. I've never caused an accident and don't plan on doing so. I never said it was ok to drive inpaired, what I said was I see people everyday in a hurry and taking unnecesary chances. Why? To make time? Leave earlier if that's the case. I don't know if the drugs in his system was the cause or if he was in a hurry or what the reason for his decision to try and make that pass was. Yes it was a very regretable deision. All I was saying was I don't EVER want to see this happen again. I've seen way to much already.

I say keep your comments to yourself Terry Gaylord. You don't make sense. Let alone pour more hurt with your lack of sympathy for the family who did loose everything. What grounds do you as a friend, comment reader, whoever you are to write something that sounds like you are defending a man whos family members were killed...IDIOT! Mr Jennings was in the wrong...That is a fact!! Did you miss that part! Yes, everyone is trying to heal and move on...but when people like you post what sounds and comes out like a defending comment it hurt and makes everything raw and new all over again. So please do us all a favor and shut-up!

It has been over 6 months since this tragedy happened. Rigo, your baby is getting so big and cute. he is chubby and adorable. You would be so proud of your little one's if you saw them. I know they miss you. Especially your little girl.

Because of your death I can tell you that I hug my children more. I hug them harder and I tell them how much they mean to me everyday because one never knows when some irresponsible person will cross our path and that will be the last time our loved ones get to hold us. I pray to God that I am around for a long time.

Your kids and family were so lucky to have had you for the short amount of time that was given to them. They say it is better to have loved and lost than to never had loved at all. Is this really true? Yeah, I think so. Because without you my cusin would not have known such love and had 4 beautiful children.

So does anyone have any updates on the case? Is it going to trial? We can't just let this go and forget about it.

In November Rigo will have been dead a year. Justice is very slow. Let's just hope justice gives that maggot of society, Jordan V Jennings, exactly what he deserves. He has never apologized for murdering two inocent people and killing the hopes and dreams of dozens of others.

We all know Jordan apologizing will never be excepted or enough. I am sure he is not to be in any contact so maybe speak to an attorney about this case and you will find an apology will come later during or after the trial. Karma also comes with words... so be careful!!! Reading these messages I am now convinced more now than ever that the 2 men are in a better place! It is wonderful that the case has been postponed so they can get all the facts together and present a case. A fair case!
