Sue the snot out of them. Your rights to free were violated big time. I have refused to fly the US flag ever since a socialist was elected back in November. Gadesden's flag is up 24/7 however.

Too bad we have "citizens" who do not understand the history of this country OR what the 4th of July REALLY stands for. I hope the ACLU does go to bat for Vito Congine Jr.'s rights!!!

Tyranny is alive and well in Wisconsin, folks.

And Mr. Congine shouldn't hold his breath, waiting for the ACLU to defend him. Because Congine didn't try using the US Flag as a door mat, at his "dry" resturant. By Wisconsin standards, it's probably the only "dry" business in the County.

Above all, the Marinette County Sheriff, Jim Kanikula, should be proud of himself. For the vague sake of some "upset people;" Kanikula violates his oath of office, and underminds our Constitution. Way to go, Kanikula; Sonia Sotomayer concurs!

God save our Republic.

WHA, WHA!! I didn't get my liquor license so i'm going to cry like a little bitch which this punk obviously is. The US flag stands for a little more than a protest. Tell that to a WW11 veteran that was on Iwo Jima watching his buddies die in front of him or the 1177 Sailors and Marines that died on the USS Arizona if their lives meant nothing. People its more than a piece of cloth. I fully support what the PD did and am ashamed of an Iraqi War veteran doing something like this.
