Plan to build over berry fields draws fire

This is building for building's sake A berry patch near Loganville is under contract by a local developer who wants to turn the old strawberry field into retail and office buildings. via Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Please , no more development until the roads can accomodate the increased traffic.

I don't think that we need anymore development in the Loganville area. It is already impossible to drive on Hwy 20 because of the congestion, and we have been told it will be several years down the road before the road is widen. I don't WANT any more stores. With the drought, we don't have enough water for the present homes.

We definately do not need more shopping centers. The strawberry field is a great place for friends and families! Grayson signs advertise it as "Gwinnett's Best Kept Secret".....not anymore! They are ruining this great little town with all the building.
